PLANNING - Pitch feedback

OVERALL

The feedback we recieved was very positive fortunately! Our classmates and teachers appreciated our idea and supported it which we were thrilled about. We found their feedback very useful and made the changes they advised us to do.

TITLES

Everyone really liked how the titles would be presented - handwritten in pages of an old diary. They said it was creative and if done right, would look brilliant. But we were told to be cautious of how we write them and to make sure the font of the titles is clear and easy to read.

PLOT

We were told our plot was really good and original as no-one else had thought of it, however we were told to improve the way the identity of the characters would be shown.
We took this advice in mind and decided to dress the male actor in dark colours to represent his mind and thoughts and dress the female character less strictly, allowing colours and texture which would hopefully portray her as a wealthy woman.

SOUND

Turns out everyone liked our ideas for sound also. We chose to have a narrative speaking the male's thoughts aloud, with low music to accompany it and they said it was good and original again as not a lot of people had done that. However, we were told to be careful with the timing between the images and the sound as it has to make sense.

SCHEDULE

When presenting our ideas, we didn't have a set schedule at that time because everyone's timetables clashed somehow and we didn't get to discuss compromising our time. However, shortly after we agreed on a timetable. We were told to plan it as soon as possible because we had to film soon and if we fell behind then it would've been difficult to catch up.
